Erlie and I would like to extend our sincerest gratitude for the attention and care you put into the planning and execution of our daughter’s baptism reception.  From the first meeting to that special day you were very receptive to our questions and suggestions and responded very quickly to our e-mails and phone calls. When we were planning our menu you were very helpful in helping us keep within our budget yet not sacrifice the quality of the menu.

The menu was everything that Erlie and I expected. We received very positive feedback from our guests of the quality and taste of the food served. I really liked the fact that the food tasted exactly how it tasted during the first meeting.

I also have to compliment the staff for that day. They went above and beyond our expectations. Our guests complimented the prompt and very professional service that they received from your staff.

They also accommodated our desserts and cake that were brought in which was not their duty but they did with no hesitation.
