“We had Ranch Events cater, deliver and serve chicken salad and ham sandwiches at our dad’s Celebration of Life in Pacific Beach. They also provided cookies, brownies and drinks for us. Everything was especially yummy!

They were very simply presented and didn’t look as extraordinarily tasty as they actually were! They were remarkable.

After the event, we had some left over and I just threw them in the toaster oven to briefly bake them and make them crispy and they were a HUGE hit. I’m not sure their secret, but its a wonderful one!

Plus the customer service was great too. I wish I had taken photos!”

Chad McCabe posts a -5- Star review for Bernardo Valdez, Ranch Events Consultant.  Chad wrote:

“Ranch Events and Bernardo hosted and catered our wedding in May and we could not have been happier.  We looked at a dozen venues and selected them based upon location, price, parking and reviews.  They really were more like wedding coordinators in helping with every little detail.

 

The food was perfect and many of our guests raved about it with some guests even saying it was the best wedding food they had had.
