The San Diego – Imperial Council, Boy Scouts of America considers you a person who exemplifies the Scout Oath and Law. Trustworthy & helpful – not just words but how you live your life. Your interest and steadfastness has helped the Council in so many ways and you leadership has made a tremendous difference in our ability to bring Scouting to the community. When I first joined the San Diego – Imperial Council four years ago,  I realized quickly that your friendship and knowledge would be especially important to the growth of our organization. Now I realize, even more, how you are admired for your leadership and the kindness you demonstrate every day. I am sure that when I say, thank you from all of us, I reflect the thoughts of our Board of Directors, staff and volunteers. Sincerely yours, Director of Support Services Boy Scouts of America

My husband and I would like to extend our deepest thanks to all of you, and your staffs, for the extraordinary job that you all did for my daughter, Stephanie and her husband, Jordan , at their wedding on Saturday.  The wedding experience exceeded all of our expectations.  The room was beautiful in both set-ups; both the ceremony and the reception afterwards.  The food was delicious and we received many compliments on your behalf.  The  flowers  and centerpieces were lovely and exactly what my daughter had anticipated.  Every staff member that we came in contact with, both prior to, and on the day of the wedding, was professional and helpful.  Our friends and families raved about the whole wedding experience and we wholeheartedly agreed with them.    Thank you all for making Stephanie and Jordan’s wedding day such a special occasion.  We greatly appreciated all of your professionalism and patience.  The memorie...

I AM COMPELLED BY GRATITUDE – PERFECT EVENT !! Rhonda Wick, I am compelled by gratitude to write and express the blessings of my experience working with you and Ranch Events over these past two months! During my first telephone conversation with you in early December, you instilled confidence, hope, and assurance that with you and Ranch Events on board, our February 8 th  Celebration Event would be awesome… And it was! Each and every time we talked or I had a question, you were immediately responsive, accommodating and assuring. I so appreciated you! Thank you! Your willingness to meet Steve and me with Jon at Sunrise was such a relief and a reaffirmation of our choice to hire Ranch Events. Your idea, knowledge and experience were invaluable. And then to have a second meeting with Bob and his assistant, Kathy, was beyond any expectation. Bob’s calm, gentle and generous responses and his depth of understanding of our situation was a true blessing. He is amazing! Thank you for everyt...

They Went Above And Beyond Our Expectations !

Dear Bernardo, Erlie and I would like to extend our sincerest gratitude for the attention and care you put into the planning and execution of our daughter’s baptism reception.  From the first meeting to that special day you were very receptive to our questions and suggestions and responded very quickly to our e-mails and phone calls. When we were planning our menu you were very helpful in helping us keep within our budget yet not sacrifice the quality of the menu. The menu was everything that Erlie and I expected. We received very positive feedback from our guests of the quality and taste of the food served. I really liked the fact that the food tasted exactly how it tasted during the first meeting. I also have to compliment the staff for that day. They went above and beyond our expectations. Our guests complimented the prompt and very professional service that they received from your staff. They also accommodated our desserts and cake that were brought in which was not their duty ...

Image
Thanksgiving Day can get pretty crazy and busy with your family and friends hanging out in the kitchen and wanted to visit. Here is a list of things you can do the day before Thanksgiving that will help you save some time on the Holiday. Stuffing After mixing your favorite stuffing; wrap it in plastic and put it in your fridge. It will be ready for stuffing your bird or baking Thanksgiving Day. Pie Cooking your pies the day before lets the dessert to fully cool and allows the juices in the pie to thicken and reabsorb.  If you really must have your pie  warm , let it cool uncovered. A few minutes before you want to serve it on Thanksgiving, put it back in a warm oven for 20 minutes or so. The juices will stay thickened, but the pie will be warm, giving you the best of both worlds. Gravy To do this; buy turkey stock at one of your local stores.  Use this to make your gravy.  Once the mixture is cooled, put it in a sealed container ready for the next day to warm ...
